A social group for anyone over 50 to enjoy a social afternoon of games, food, speakers and demonstrations. The group can help prevent isolation, lead healthier lives and prevent dementia.  

Get involved to shape the futures that will more accurately reflect the lives of Caribbean people.

There are over 600 registered members mainly from the Caribbean and neighbouring countries such as Guyana.
