My Care My Home: Sitting Service
A sitting service that gives you support from a care assistant for up to 24 hours a day. It's ideal if you need support but do not want a carer to live in your home.
The key difference is that your care assistants do not live in your home - instead, you will receive two extended visits per day.
You'll get a day and care night assistant who can help you to carry out your daily activities. They'll respect your boundaries and understand if you would prefer to do certain activities on your own.
You'll get reassurance that someone will be there if you need them and can help you get support whilst still being connected to your friends, family and community.
