Taxicard Scheme for people who are blind or have low mobility

Get discounted door to door travel in licensed taxis and private hire vehicles in London if you have low mobility or visual impairments. 

To get a taxicard membership you must: 

• live permanently in the Royal Borough of Greenwich 
• have mobility that is restricted long term so you cannot use public transport 

You will need to provide proof that you either: 

• receive the Higher Rate Mobility component 
• are registered blind 
• receive a War Pension Mobility supplement

You will need to apply through the London Councils, not the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
