Dementia Carers Group run a free 'drop in' meeting for Carers and family members of those with dementia, once a month in Eltham at St Mary;s Community Centre, Eltham High Street, SE9 1BJ This meeting is a support group, where dementia carers can come together, to share information and practical advice in their caring roles. These sessions are held every 3rd Monday of the month, running from 10:30 a.m. to 12 Noon. The meetings are free to attend. A donation is suggested for tea and coffee served.
