Families and School Together is an evidence-based parental engagement programme that uses a universal approach to develop resilience, reduce stress, increase social capital for families. It also works to close the gap in educational achievement that is experienced by children living in economically deprived communities. This is an eight week programme, which continues to offer monthly support for the following two years.
A group work programme to help you work positively together to manage family life. If you're worried that stress in your relationship is affecting your children, this group provides: - a safe space to think through difficulties - new, more constructive ways of resolving your difficulties - support from other parents in similar situations This 8-week programme is free and open to any parents with at least one child under the age of 11-years, as long as both attend.
