Inclusive BMX club as part of Greenwich BMX (Weekly sessions) Participants do not need to be able to ride a bike, the sessions are to introduce BMX and Cycling and give the experience of what is deemed an extreme sport. Children can begin on the flat surface on a BMX bike, and can progress onto the BMX track if they want to. Progress is encouraged but the sessions are to be enjoyed and for the children and young people to have fun. Brothers/Sisters and friends are welcome to come along and join too.

Para swimming session was created following the success of the 2015 London Youth Games para swimming team. The team wanted to keep on training and improve their competitive techniques, so the weekly training session was set up. Since then the session has grown to welcome disabled swimmers who wish to improve their techniques and take part in competitive swimming. The session takes place at the Eltham Centre on Fridays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.

Your son or daughter under 5 can have a go at football at Brookhill Children's Centre between 1-2pm every second Saturday of the month. This FREE session is for children Under 5 with disabilities, developmental delays, medical conditions or additional needs who can sit, stand, walk or run with or without support or equipment (eg. frames of orthotics).
