Para swimming session was created following the success of the 2015 London Youth Games para swimming team. The team wanted to keep on training and improve their competitive techniques, so the weekly training session was set up. Since then the session has grown to welcome disabled swimmers who wish to improve their techniques and take part in competitive swimming.
