The Early Intervention Psychological Therapies Service provides early help for children with mild to severe psychological difficulties, offering information, advice, assessment and treatment. The team provides training, consultation and therapies, working in partnership with parents, carers and young people. It develops care plans with parents and their children’s school, as well as offering various forms of therapy, and referrals to the specialist adolescent mental health service.
