    Housing for Women (GWA)

    Provides safe, secure temporary accommodation, floating support and children's services to women and children escaping domestic violence and abuse. Family support and parenting programmes where domestic violence is an issue as well as other problems including alcohol, substance misuse and mental health.

    Housing Options

    The Housing Options service provides advice and assistance for Royal Greenwich residents aged 18 or over who are in housing need or at risk of homelessness. Caseworkers will discuss your circumstances and explore the different options that are available to you. There is a separate advisory service, 1st Base, for under 18s.

    A specialist domestic violence and abuse/drug and alcohol worker is based in the Moving on Support Team (MOST), one of Royal Greenwich's resettlement teams in the Housing Options Service. 

    Maternity Action

    Maternity Action works to end inequality and promote the health and well-being of all pregnant women, their partners and children from before conception through to the child's early years.     Rights of Women advice lines provide vital free and confidential legal advice to women.  A service is provided for victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse (DVA).
