The Children’s Community Nursing Service assesses and manages the needs of children and young people with an illness. The team of nurses have direct involvement with the child and help parents and carers provide, treat and monitor their progress. The service works with the family and other professionals involved in supporting the family, providing health care plans, specialist training, assessments, referrals and help with education. The service also offers information and via the service telephone number.

The Physiotherapy team is part of the Greenwich Children's Integrated Therapies Service and sits across the 3 Integrated Therapies Service areas of: 1. Early Years Team (under 5s) which focuses on early assessment and intervention of physical needs in the developing child.
