CIEH Food Allergen Awareness Level 2 (free to London Residents aged 19+)
CIEH (Level 2) Foundation Certificate in Food Allergen Awareness will teach delegates about the foods that commonly trigger allergic reactions and the vital information that needs to be communicated to consumers. It will also cover the legal responsibilities of allergen labelling and allergen declaration which will enable learners to apply with their legal duties. CIEH Food Safety Level 2 and CIEH Occupational Health are prerequisites. You need to have completed these within the last 3 years. Both this course are offered free each month online for Royal Greenwich Residents aged 19+
