All our activities are currently happening online, join Heart n Soul at Home for weekly art, music, dance and other creative sessions. All activities are free and open to everyone.

Exciting news that we will be offering a in person Do Your Own Thing Youngstars (10-16) session on August 21st and September 18th 2021 1- 4pm - Held in the Garden at The Albany in Deptford. There will be a Parents and Carers Space with refreshments and a free massage! While the young ones get creative the parents and carers can have some well earned pampering!

Calling all young artists, musicians, DJs and podcasters! Do Your Own Thing is a club for young people with learning disabilities and autistic people aged 10 to 25 year olds. It’s where we hang out and make friends and enjoy ourselves and have a good time. We also have an extra session for 10-16 year olds so they can have a bit of time in a quieter space to get creative. We call this Youngstars!
Do Your Own Thing and Do Your Own Thing Youngstars are currently happening online. All activities are free and open to young people aged 10-25.
