Missing People Safecall Service

Missing People is the only charity in the UK which is dedicated to bringing missing children and adults back together with their families.

The Safecall service supports children /young people who have been away from home and have come into contact with gangs/ or involved in county lines.

Scheduled telephone calls to children/young people who are referred to us by professionals working with them.

Offering a non-judgemental, safe space to talk about their experiences in confidence.

We reassure them that there is a way out, support them to explore their choices, and help them formulate a safety plan.

The Safecall service also supports the child/ young person’s  parents or carer, offering them a chance to debrief, access emotional support and be guided on how to keep their family safe in the future.
