Volunteering Matters (formerly CSV)
A volunteer support service providing practical support to parents and children in their own homes in order to reduce the risk of neglect and harm to the children and improve their overall safety and wellbeing.
Through matching families with volunteers, the service will assist parents to improve their confidence in applying appropriate boundaries for their children and help them to adopt healthy lifestyles.
Project staff and volunteeers provide practical support and help families establish routines and utilise support available within their community and networks and help to improve their emotional health and wellbeing.

The service works with families who have one or more child who is subject to a child protection or child in need plan.
Referral by the Royal Borough of Greenwich mainly from Children's Social Care, Families 1st and the Royal Borough of Greenwich Early Help Partnership.
How To Complain:
If you are unhappy about any aspect of service please complain to the service manager in the first instance. (If the problem is still unresolved then complain to the Commisioning Officer.)
