We work collaboratively with multi-agencies to meet achievable outcomes for our service users accessing community health care (CHC), and ensure safe, quality service provision as part of our culture all our staff are specially trained with updated DBS to ensure the highest quality of care in individuals living with a variety of conditions.
Our aim is to continuously improve our service user (SU) experience, and in doing so we have the appropriate mechanism in place to obtain regular feedback and act upon them in a timely manner with the best outcome.
We continuously run a robust recruitment process that underpins safety, and quality and follows all regulations as set out under the safe recruitment regulations, this enables us to achieve the best staff for the role and maintain continuity of care provision and service user satisfaction.
