100 Day Challenge

Learning Disabilities 100 Day Challenges

The 100-day challenges started on 31 March and will be running until 7 July 2021. The challenges are designed to help design together a future model of meaningful daytime opportunities in Greenwich for adults with a learning disability to have the life they want to live.

The Day 50 (half-way) event on 26 May was attended by nearly 50 people from the three challenge teams, ‘visitors’ and two of the challenge Champions. The event heard updates from all three of the challenge teams, and a summary is available in the downloads section on this page.

There was also a presentation, calling on everyone involved to ‘Be More Pirate’ -  this is available here:

You can find out more about the 100-day challenges from the documents on the right of this page. And also hear what our Champions are saying about the challenges.

Or you can contact the facilitators of the three challenges directly:

Please see the documents on this web page for what we have been doing so far.

We need your views! If you are not able to attend the fortnightly meetings, and/or you are a carer/parent of an adult or young person with learning disabilities who might need more support to get involved, or take part in different ways, please do get in touch.

Please email Day-Opportunities-Feedback@royalgreenwich.gov.uk and we will  get back to you about this.

This project is being run by the Ideas Alliance in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich. At the Ideas Alliance we bring different groups of people together to achieve common goals. We hope you will join us to help make the changes you want to see happen.
