Older Carers - Information Support and Advice

Connect with the Older Carers Community Development worker who can provide Information and support to promote your continued wellbeing. This could include: home visits and /or telephone support; practical and emotional support through a volunteer befriender; information and guidance on issues such as welfare benefits and counselling services, helping you to share experiences through various support groups and social activities in your area, help getting respite; carers assessments and signposting you to other appropriate services in your area.
