Continence Advisory Service
The Continence Advisory Service provides advice, support and management of bladder and bowel dysfunctions, including urinary stress, overflow and urgency problems, constipation and diarrhoea. Continence equipment and/or products can be provided by the service to those who need them.
If you are experiencing continence problems, the service will invite you to attend a continence advisory clinic, held in locations across the borough.
If you are housebound and unable to get to a clinic, we will usually arrange for you to be assessed by a district nurse, who will contact the service for advice.
