Skills for Growth

Skills for growth deliver education and training programmes across a range of areas for young people between 16 - 24, all programmes include exposure to work through work experience, employer visits or employer seminars or through full employment (Apprenticeships). Young people deepen their understanding of what skills are required to survive in the current economy and most importantly to help them understand the behaviours employers expect when offering employment. Apprenticeships are available in hairdressing, business administration, customer services, IT and Foundation Learning (Entry to Employment).
