PsychoTherapia Centre - Psychotherapy and Counselling Services

The Psycho Therapia Centre is a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered company (Reg. 222036) based in Woolwich Arsenal with branches in Central London and Essex.

Our aim is to provide meaningful, high quality low cost counselling and psychotherapy to any young person and/or adult who need it.

Our team is dedicated and resourced to address the needs of individuals who are facing life challenges, emotional struggles and/or mental health issues.

We provide open-ending and short-term psychotherapy, couple therapy, group therapy. We currently operate an up-to 2 weeks waiting list and we are constantly looking to reduce this. Our services are culturally sensitive and, at present, are available in English, Greek and Italian languages.

Psycho Therapia Centre aim is to support individuals improve their everyday living through a holistic and inclusive approach to wellbeing.
