Wellbeing and Mindfulness Every Monday morning 10-12 from 26th April – 24th May
As we start to come out of lockdown, allow yourself some ‘me time’ to re-charge your batteries. Come and learn some relaxation techniques to help reduce stress levels improve your general wellbeing and find your inner calm.
Embroidery for Beginners *with free starter kit Every Tuesday mornings 10-12 from 20th April – 25th May
Learn some basic embroidery stitches and how to create your own designs that you can use to make beautiful pictures, embellish clothing and other fabric items to decorate your home and to give as gifts. *Starter kit: embroidery hoop, mixed threads, cotton fabric squares, and a needle.
Parenting Skills Every Wednesday mornings 10-12 from 21st April – 26th May
‘Parents are the biggest influence on their children, whether it is positive or negative is down to them.’ This course is for parents and carers who want to develop strategies and understanding that will help to create a safe and positive environment to support their children as they develop and grow up.
