Free Craft activities for parents /carers to do with their children aged 3 -10years

For all of these workshops you will need a smartphone , tablet or computer with Internet access

Tuesday 4 th August - Zoom session 15.00 – 17.00 Cooking together (code ZPG119)

Have fun cooking together making scones and pizzas Ingredients you will need: Scones – Self raising flour, baking powder, caster sugar, butter/margarine, 2 eggs, milk and sultanas or other dried fruit (optional)

Pizzas- mini pittas or naan bread, pesto, tomato puree or paste, cheese and other toppings of your choice

There will be more cooking sessions every Tues in August, same time each week Wednesday 5th August - Zoom session 10.00 – 12.00

All about the Owl (code ZPG314 ) Enjoy finding out fascinating facts about owls and there habitat and create your own owl model or collage picture

You will need available: paper plate or /inner tube from toilet roll or kitchen roll, coloured paper or magazine pages, something to colour with scissors, sticky tape and glue stick. Optional extras: feathers, googly eyes and any other craft items you may have.

Friday 7th August - Zoom session 10.00 – 12.00 Fun in the Sun, staying safe (code ZPG124) Enjoy finding out fascinating facts about the sun, learn how to stay safe in the sun and make and personalise a sun visor You will need available: paper plates or thin card or empty cereal packet, elastic or string, something to colour with coloured paper, pencil, scissors, sticky tape and glue stick. Optional extras: any other craft items you may have to decorate it with.
