Assertive Community Treatment Team

The Assertive Community Treatment Team is a community service for adults in the London Borough of Greenwich who have complex mental health needs. It provides service users with more support than general mental health services, seeing them up to seven times a week if necessary. It aims to give support and treatment in the service user's own home to prevent admission to hospital and to ensure that they maintain contact with services.

Available seven days a week from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Outside of these hours, the Home Treatment Team offers a 24 hour service at: Oxleas House, Stadium Road, Woolwich, SE18 6QE. Phone - 020 8836 6000 (bleep 373)
