Stress Busting and Wellbeing
Every Monday morning 10-12 from 14th September – 19th October Now children are back at school, allow yourself some ‘me time’ to re-charge your batteries. Join Diana and learn some relaxation techniques to help reduce stress levels, improve your general wellbeing and find your inner calm.
Every Tuesday morning 10-12 from 15 th September – 20th October Have you some memories you want to record, a story to tell, a journal to start, or maybe write a poem or two? Come and join Amanda, she will help you get started and guide you on your way.
Crafts for Wellbeing
Every Wednesday morning 10-12 from 16 th September – 21 st October Being creative and making things with your hands is a great way to help you relax and reduce stress. Join Raquel and learn and share new skills and ideas with others in the group. knitting – tambour crochet – macramé - sewing
