Age UK KOMP Befriending Service

KOMP Befriending is a Covid Emergency funded service providing one to one video interaction for up to an hour twice a week. It is aimed at those who are socially isolated, lonely or depressed The screen is a simple to use device with just an on/off dial. It is provided for six weeks, there is no cost involved and doesn't require internet access. We can chat, reminisce, do quizzes, singalongs and even chair based exercise/relaxation, whatever lifts your spirits and may make a difference to your day.
