Carers UK set out to make carers' lives better by:

• Improving the understanding of caring, giving carers a stronger voice and securing improvements in policies affecting carers.
• Developing and extending our advice and support for carers
• Increasing and improving our engagement with carers, including through partnerships
• Increasing our income and improving our long term financial position
• Improving our systems, supporting our staff and volunteers, and demonstrating quality in all we do
