Relationship counselling offers a confidential and safe space to examine our patterns of interacting with those around us. It is an opportunity to discuss and resolve problems that can cause conflict or unhappiness in our relationships.

Who is Relationship Counselling for?

This service is for adults who live in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. As well as working with couples, we also work with relationships between siblings, friends, parents and adult children, etc.

Both adults who wish to make changes to their relationships must attend counselling together.

What happens during Relationship Counselling?

As a couple, you will be offered one to three initial sessions, lasting about 60 minutes each. You will be given an opportunity to talk about your situation, and whether relationship counselling is the way forward for you both.
