Steps to Success Programme by Step Ahead
We are currently running a free programme, which has funding from the Mayor of London, to help parents within the local community earn better pay and reach better jobs.
This programme is targeted towards parents in London that currently earn below the London living wage (£10.85p/h or £21,157 annually). Additionally, it is required that the parent has at least one child between the ages of 6months - 11 years.
The programme supports parents, by listening to their needs and matching them to live vacancies based upon their interests. Additionally, we provide support systems where we can offer childcare services, amongst other benefits. In addition, we can provide free training where parents earn extra qualifications.
