Members of the public seeking advice should visit one of our drop-in sessions, call during one of our telephone advice sessions or email us for initial advice. If we can provide ongoing assistance an appointment will be made with a caseworker.
Organisations seeking to refer clients to us should email general@grhr.co.uk. We provide an ex-directory number to partner organisations and public sector teams to facilitate referrals and enable us to provide second-tier advice. We do not have a specific referral protocol or form and encourage other professionals to contact us so that we can discuss the nature of the client's problem and our capacity to take on new cases.
- Other notes
Advice is available to anyone living, working or studying in Greenwich. Some services are available to those living in neighbouring boroughs (contact us for more information).
We assist tenants, homeowners and groups providing services to tenants and homeowners. We do not provide advice to landlords.
We are a registered charity and do not charge our individual clients for advice. Some of our services for organisations are fee-based. Unfortunately, GHR do not have access to translation services.
