Welfare Rights Service
Advice on benefits, tax credits and grants
The Welfare Rights Service is a free Royal Borough of Greenwich service which provides benefits advice and benefit checks for borough residents.
The Benefits section of the Council's website includes more information about the service, information on Universal Credit, help with housing costs and other forms of financial support. You can also download benefit factsheets.
The service is for Royal Greenwich residents only. If you do not live or work in Royal Greenwich, you can find legal advice in your own area by using the legal adviser finder on the Gov.uk website.
