ESOL Courses - London South East College

We offer a range of courses to help develop language skills and improve job prospects.

Whatever your starting level or knowledge, we have a course to help improve your listening, reading, speaking and writing skills. Our courses are designed to suit students who are on both long and shorts stays and are offered as full or part-time and day or evening programmes.

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses cater for people of all levels, who would like to improve their English speaking, listening, reading and writing, and/or gain qualifications to prove their level of proficiency in the language. People join English classes for a range of reasons, including to help their child at school, to become more able to deal with everyday life, for example, talking to their doctor or neighbours, or to get a job or a better job. Learners report increased levels of confidence and employment outcomes, over different periods of study.
