We are an award-winning service that exists to help improve the quality of life of carers and the cared-for, using the power of exercise, nutrition and coaching. 

We can support you to become physically and mentally stronger using a holistic, multi-professional approach, which includes exercise therapy, physiotherapy, yoga therapy and nutritional therapy to name a few.

Our service is entirely personalised according to your own unique health goals and challenges and can be delivered over 3-, 6- or 12-months even in your own home or agreed location.

Our Exercise Therapists are specialists in GP Exercise Referral and work to high professional standards, which include being registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS)

Our Nutritional Therapists have professional membership with the British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and are registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council‘s (CNHC) independent public register.

If you ave an existing injury or impairment that affects your mobility, we have Chartered Physiotherapists working in our team who are also available to attend your home and assess you in the presence of your Exercise Therapist.

Please phone us to arrange an initial complementary telephone consultation so we can ensure our service is right for you.  

A PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) is required in order for us to begin working with you.  This referral letter is completed during our initial face-to-face consultation and requires sign-off by a GP or Health Professional.
