Flower Skills offers construction courses and Apprenticeship opportunities to young people and adults aged 14 years plus who are eligible to live and work in the UK to gain skills and knowledge in construction trades, providing practical (including carpentry, painting and decorating, plumbing, tiling, etc.) along with information and advice about working in the construction industry and the progression routes available. Applicants must be committed to completing the course and willing to travel.
Apprenticeship programme involves attending Centre one day per week, working 4 days per week or a block release depending on your employer. Your suitability for the programme will be assessed during the interview and assessment stages (Literacy and Numeracy Skills). Construction Apprenticeships provide the training, qualifications and expertise to become a fully qualified construction worker and obtain a CSCS Card whilst still in employment.
