Circle MSK (Musculoskeletal)

Circle MSK supports patients with musculoskeletal conditions (MSK) – problems with muscles, bones and joints. Patients go through a triage process, ‘a single point of access’ with Circle.

Patients will then be directed to a treatment option, which could be a face to face assessment with Circle or treatment with a local provider. This treatment could be self-management, physiotherapy, surgery or other options.

Our main clinic hub is at Eltham Community Hospital. The Circle Greenwich MSK service promotes informed patient choice and drives its providers to achieve excellent clinical standards and high-quality outcomes.

Patient Online

NHS GP Online Services

Patient Online is designed to support GP practices to offer and promote online services to patients. These services include:

  • booking and cancelling of appointments
  • ordering of repeat prescriptions
  • viewing of their GP record (which includes coded information about allergies, immunisations, diagnoses, medication and test results)

Online services are being offered in addition to the traditional telephone and face-to-face means of interacting with a GP practice. Patients can choose the route they prefer.

How can I start using GP online services?

Follow these steps to access GP online services:

1. Take photo ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of address (such as a utility bill) to your GP practice and tell them you want to start using their online services.

If you do not have any ID then either a member of staff will have to confirm your identity or you may have to answer questions about personal information in your GP record.

2. Fill in the short registration form that you are given by your practice.

3. Once you have signed up, you will receive a letter with your unique username, password and instructions on how to log on.
