Relaxed Hour at the Tower of London

A relaxed morning event for Neurodivergent, Learning Disabled children and their families.

Enjoy two hours at the Tower of London free from crowds, with our Relaxed Hour at the Tower. This event has been designed for Neurodivergent and Learning Disabled children (aged five to 16) and their families.

You'll receive free entry to the Tower, the Crown Jewels and access to relaxed and SEN programming led by disability-aware contractors and facilitators.

We welcome all families who identify as Neurodivergent or Learning Disabled including ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, OCD, Tourette’s and all other sensory and processing difficulties.

Crowd levels are limited and access considerations have been made to ensure you and your family enjoy the experience, free from loud sound effects and harsh lighting. A café and retail space will also be available.

Booking information

Tickets are free but advance booking is essential.

If you wish to remain in the Tower of London after 11:00, you must purchase an admission ticket (unless you are a Historic Royal Palaces member). The Tower will be louder and busier once the event has ended.
