Ajoda Community Alliance runs a one- day, weekly luncheon club, for the elderly African and Afro Caribbean, aged 65 and above living in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The project involves holding a weekly, two hours luncheon club. This will help to improve their well- being to develop new relationships. We provide food and refreshments, indoor games, quiz, music and talks from different people on a variety of topics of interest to elderly people.
Our mission is to improve the mental health of men; together we are stronger, together we are brothers. Brother is a community project created by Rob Key (Studio Change), in order to bring positive change in the area of mental health for men. We believe that together, we are stronger. And so we create opportunities for us to join together, chat and share ideas in a safe space. Initially, Brother will live online, with regular meet-ups.
