Children in Care Council (CiCC)

The Children in Care Council provides feedback to the council on issues that affect children in care. This helps the council make decisions informed by their experiences.

This was written by the Children in Care Council:

"Children in Care Council (CiCC) is a group of young people from ALL different backgrounds, but we have one thing in common: we’re all in care.

We help make things better for children living in care, by giving feedback to our Corporate Parents about issues that are important to us and by working on different projects. We also have a LOT of fun and laugh a lot!

Any Greenwich young person who is in care can join us:

• If you’re aged 7-13, you can join our CiCC Juniors group, who meet every school holiday.
• If you’re aged 13-19, you can come along to our regular CiCC sessions and activity days every month.
