A group where you can meet new people, share experiences, speak up and learn about your rights and things that matter to you.
The group can help you grow your confidence, try new things, get support and make friends.

The group talk about things that affect their lives, like transport, health services and activities.
They also get involved in the community and go to forums like the Transport for London Advisory Group to share their experiences and help shape services.
