Carers support group from Irish Community Services
If you are a carer, this is an opportunity to talk to others facing the same challenges as you. The group meets once a week and is a place for you to make new friends, switch off and relax.
If you are struggling to cope or you feel like you need extra help, they can talk to you about their befriending or sitting in service, which can give you a break.
