Caring Connections at Storkway Children's Centre
As part of Family Hubs Perinatal mental health support, come on a journaling journey with Colette. This six-week course is aimed at mums-to-be and mums with children under 2 years of age.
As a small group, you will share the following themes: beginnings, connection, identity, moments, and kindness. These themes will be explored through a range of journaling using different resources.
All materials are provided. There will be time with your child and time as a mum only group.
