Children's Community Nursing Service
They assess and manage the needs of children and young people up to 18 with an illness in their own homes, a clinic or community setting across Bexley and Greenwich boroughs.
The team of nurses have direct involvement with the child and help parents and carers provide, treat and monitor their progress.
They may look after a patient at home by supporting with:

They may look after a patient at home by supporting with:
- wound care
- intravenous and intramuscular medication
- sleep studies
- nasogastric and gastrostomy care
- oncology care and some chemotherapy
- central line care
- long term conditions and complex needs
- oxygen therapy
- symptom control management
- end of life care
- teaching and education
They also offer nurse-led clinics in various venues across the London boroughs of Bexley and Greenwich.
