Community Adventures short breaks

Fun, positive experiences and activities throughout the year. 

Sessions take place during school holidays and on Saturdays. 

Holiday sessions run:
  • 7 weeks per year
  • Monday to Friday during the summer holiays, Easter holidays and half-terms.

Saturday sessions are term-time only and run throughout the year. 
Activities on offer include:
  • bowling
  • TOCA social interactive football
  • trampolining
  • pottery
  • trips to parks, forests and farms 

Community Adventures also have access to Avery Hill Youth Club for hub-based sessions such as:
  • sports
  • arts and crafts
  • games
  • music therapy 

They also have access to the pool table and indoor sports hall.
Charlton Athletic Community Trust are a SEND Short Breaks provider commissioned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

  • £10.00 per session

  • Referral needed
    You must live in Greenwich and have an EHCP to access short breaks. Contact using the Short Breaks referral details
