Exercise class for people with Parkinson's
A Parkinson’s-specific exercise class focused on big movements, high effort, and coordination to challenge both brain and body. The session is primarily standing but offers options for higher intensity work.
The session is taught by a qualified and experienced exercise instructor in a spacious hall.
Newcomers can observe a session, speak with the instructor, and complete a brief registration form.
The class runs on Mondays, 2.30pm to 3.30pm, at Lionel Road Community Centre.
Cost is £5.00 per session, the first session is free.
