Feel Good exercise sessions for people over 50

A gentle exercise session for people over 50. You can meet people, have a cup of tea and snack, play games and enjoy activities that can improve health and wellbeing. 

You can attend a Feel Good session in person or join in online via Zoom. 

They offer:
  • gentle exercise sessions to help you stay active, promote physical stability and prevent falls
  • free massages on pampering days once every month
  • a monthly lunch club with a buffet featuring dishes from different cultures
  • outings to differences places of interest 
  • arrange a coach trip to the seaside at least once every year  

Locations have disability access and all physical activities are gentle but effective enough to improve mobility and reduce the risk of cardiovascular illnesses. 

Sessions are in: 
  • The Nest in Thamesmead on Mondays from 12pm to 3pm 
  • The Atrium in Thamesmead on Wednesdays from 12pm to 3pm 
  • Abbey Wood on Fridays from 12pm to 3pm
