Stay connected to other people by coming along to a friendship group where you can meet others, share stories and enjoy activities.
If it's hard to get out off the house or to the groups, you can get a regular phone call or visit from one of our befrienders.
One-to-one befriending can be weekdays or weekends, you can play games, enjoy a chat and a drink or take part in another activity you enjoy.
You may also be able to go out on short trips.
Befrienders can help you avoid loneliness and increase your confidence to get out the house and stay active.
