Listening books
Listening Books provides an audiobook lending service for UK residents who cannot read or hold a book due to an illness, disability, learning or mental health condition.
Audiobooks can be streamed via the Listening Books website, or downloaded using the Libby app. Members can choose from a wide collection of titles, including fiction and non-fiction for children and adults, as well as from thousands of newspapers and magazines with an audio function, as part of membership.
Membership costs £20 per year, or is free for those that couldn't afford this cost, but that could benefit from membership.
Membership is also available for organisation such as schools and care homes from £100 per year.
