Mothers and caregiver's Safe Circle – Wellbeing Support for Mothers and Caregivers

The Safe Circle is a free community wellbeing programme from Inner Gold CIC for mothers and caregivers in Greenwich experiencing stress, being overwhelmed or the pressures of caring for others. Sessions offer practical tools for managing stress, supportive conversations and opportunities to connect, explore self-care and build healthy boundaries. It is not therapy, and there is no pressure to share personal experiences. participants are welcome to talk, listen, reflect or simply be present.
