If you have MS, you can contact the MS Society for a confidential chat about anything MS-related, or for specific information about:
The staff who work on the helpline will be kind, friendly and sympathetic. They will not judge you and the phone call will not show up on your phone bill.
The phoneline is open weekdays from 9am to 7pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
You can send an email if you would prefer to not speak on the phone.
If your first language is not English, you can call the helpline and ask for a translation service.
If you have difficulties with hearing or speech, you can contact the helpline via a text relay service.
