Motherhood is overwhelming especially when managing ND challenges such as ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia.

This 6 week journey you can connect and thrive with other mums who truly understand.

The circle is for you if:
  •  you are struggling with focus and managing daily demand 
  • you experience sensory overload
  • feel overwhelmed  by mainstream groups

For mums of babies age 0-9 months, a creche with limited places is available and must be booked.
