Deaf Umbrella provides online BSL support workers to help members of the deaf community to engage with employment activities. You will find deaf trainers and deaf staff who speak your language.

Deaf Umbrella will support you every step of the way with things like: 

• preparing for work 
• engaging with employers

• employment needs assessments 

They also run workshops on things like: 

• Universal Job Match
• interview techniques 
• managing time 
• travelling around London 
• accessing work support 

Staff are on hand to book and support you at interviews without waiting times. You will need a webcam, PC or smartphone to take part.
